Quality Management within STI

Quality, reliability and customer focus are our main priorities and we take them very seriously!

Our high standards are constantly checked by renowned Quality Control organisations: all European locations are certified to ISO 9001:2008 standards. Since 2016, STI (Deutschland) GmbH, our German subsidiary, is IFS Logistics 2.1-certified (International Featured Standard).

The key to our high quality level is an enduring Quality Management system. All staff members are engaged in an ongoing process of improvement in the form of regular internal and external audits.

We are interested in long-term business relationships and therefore must continuously adapt our actions to reflect customers' changing wishes and developments. Constant exchange of information is crucial for creating and reinforcing a relationship based on mutual trust.

Haulier Assessment

Our dedicated carriers undergo intensive quality and equipment controls prior to every transport.

Only with trustworthy, highly qualified and reliable carriers can we organise transports to our customer’s full satisfaction. For this reason every haulier who wants to co-operate with STI undergoes an extensive assessment.
All hauliers must complete our assessment process and sign up to our stringent transport conditions before being considered. Only when transport providers fulfil our high quality standards with regards to equipment and expertise are they included in our pool of hauliers.

Once a haulier has been accepted STI regularly monitors the performance of the carriers in order to ensure smooth transport execution and the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Correct handling of orders as well as fault-free loading, transit and unloading are the basis for high level transport success.
